Right to Return
Right to Return
You have the right to return purchased items within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing a reason.
Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
The product must be closed and in its original packaging.
The product must not show any signs of use.
All tags and labels must remain intact.
The product must include all accessories, manuals, and original components.
The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.
The return must be made within the specified return period.
The receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
The product must not be a non-returnable item (e.g., perishable goods, personalized items).

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed to your account within 14 business days.
- If the return conditions are not met (e.g., damaged items), we reserve the right to reject the return.

Shipping information
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. (Does not apply to orders placed when products are out of stock).
- If you purchase a product from our website and it is out of stock, we will ship the purchased product as soon as it becomes available in our warehouse. The delivery time is approximately 14 days.
- In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, the processing time may be extended. If this happens, we will notify you immediately about the delay.
